Walking holiday on Hadrian's Wall Path
Hadrian's Wall Path is one of UK's National Walking Trails. The walking holiday begins at Newcastle on the east coast of England, and traverses the whole of North England, to Solway Firth on England's West Coast. The route passes through the cities of Carlisle and Newcastle, both of which are great places to visit, good shopping and a fine selection of restaurants and pubs. All along the route there are roman remains to visit and interesting countryside to enjoy. This walking holiday is great hiking for visitors to the UK as it offers a taste of England's ancient history mixed with the modern UK of today in the cities of Carlisle and Newcastle. The hiking route is a great first walking holiday as it is fairly easy walking and offers a wealth of interesting places to visit en-route. Way marking on walking holiday on Hadrian's Wall Path
