Each day there is a choice of route with maps and information pack . Each day's cycle tour offers something different, from quiet little Somerset villages to river banks full of wildlife. The cycle routes range in distance from 11 miles to 23 miles so this really is a cycling holiday for everyone, as relaxed as you want to make it.
The Somerset town of Langport on the banks of the River Parrett makes a great base for your cycling holiday as it has a fine selection of pubs and shops. Formerly a river port the town has some very distinctive houses and olde worlde shops.

During your cycling holiday there are so many places you could visit:

  • Muchelney Abbey dating back to the 10th century
  • High Ham with its great views over the Somerset Levels
  • River Parrett
  • Somerton with its elegant houses and fine market cross
  • The whole area is teaming with wildlife
  • The local Hamstone houses, some with thatched roofs are very pretty
